Sorry, Manish, you're off-topic. This is a FreeTDS forum and that's not a
FreeTDS question. Well, it's not even a question, but I think you see my
point.

Generic question: How do I connect my favorite programming environment to
MSSQL?
Generic answer: RTFM for your favorite programming environment.

http://www.zope.org/Documentation/Books/ZopeBook/2_6Edition/RelationalDatabases.stx
says:

"A database can only be used if a Zope Database Adapter is available,
though a Database Adapter is fairly easy to write if the database has
Python support.... For Microsoft] SQLServer ZODBC DA is written and
commercially supported by Zope Corporation. Available for the Windows
platform only."[1]

Looks like you're out of luck. If I were you, I'd post my question, a
little more politely if possible, to
http://mail.zope.org/mailman/listinfo/zope-db. Or learn Python, after
which it's said to be "fairly easy" to do yourself.

If you do figure out a way to use FreeTDS with Zope and need help
connecting or whatever, then of course you should post that question here.

[1] Tsk. "can only be used if"? It can't be abused, of sung to, or
shimmered at? Or did the author mean "can be used only if"? Funny, what
a misplaced "only" can imply.
