Dear Rick,

Not exactly on your questions, but just for the records: Only this summer
did I find (and buy) a book called "Paulus. Das Wort an die Welt. Eine
Synopse der Briefe des Apostels" by Gebhard Heyder (Paul. The Word to the
World. A Synopsis of the letters of the apostle). Heyder was a catholic
scholar and he published the book in a 2nd rev. edition in 1957 (Olten:
Verlag Otto Walter AG). The text he uses is a german translation of the NT
by Prof. Dr. Niederhuber, Regensburg.
I don't know Francis/Sampley but that sounds to be a similar book. I have
never heard that somebody did something like this with the greek text.

Yours
