Thanks for pointing out that the NT Gateway link needed refreshing,
which I've now done. The article linked from there was in Biblical
Interpretation 8 (2000), 171-84, and this happened to be in the
edition of the journal that Ingenta provided free; but the problem
with the ingenta links is that they are not stable -- they change all
the time. But you should be able to fetch it from here:
