I think, per the strategies mentioned before, this would be:

A) creator = Robert, contributor = Olu
B) creator = Olu, contributor = Robert
C) creator = Robert, contributor = Olu (judgement call, here)

I forgot to mention that there are a couple of other strategies for
assigning roles:

D) Make everyone a creator.
E) Make everyone a contributor.
F) Just leave out creators and contributors altogether.

They're all arguable, but they don't need examples.
