I don't like adding a link to www.creativecommons.org as information for
inrested people, but i prefere not linking to the license itselve, and
keeping the license in the document itselve.

Can i include the metadata in a printed document? Is this usefull?

Incliding the Commons Deed is a good idea i think.

but how do i have to do this concretely?
Do i have to include the white-backgrounded "Creative Commons is not a
party to this License, and makes no warranty whatsoever in connection with
..." ?
How do i have to separate the Commons Deed and the Legal Code? Each other
in an appendix?
