Onboard modem works in XP if you disable infrared.

Everything works in XP except speakers are rather faint (headphones okay).

Still 'no dialtone' with pcmcia modem in BL (ttyS3) or puppy (ttyS0).
Did not bother testing pcmcia modem in XP.

Xvesa works in puppy and bl (nvidia) but crashes on exit. Xfbdev works better.

Sound works in XP, and in Puppy (alsa) but not in BL. i810 driver loads and appears to work but no sound with OSS.

USB storage works with my USB hard drive in XP and Puppy but not in BL
even with 2.4.31 kernel and all the USB storage options compiled in.
An older USB flash drive does work in BL.

Onboard wireless identifies in puppy as pcmcia orinoco but does not
appear to work. pcmcia start does not find it as pcmcia in BL.
Have not yet tried the built-pin rtl8139 ethernet.

Usable but not recommended for BL, at least not if you want sound, modem, wireless, Xvesa that you can exit from without crashing, and ability to use a USB drive that works in everything else with BL.

Advantages: has a floppy drive (or CD but not both at once). lightweight. Has a CF card reader that I have not yet tested, and firewire. Three USB ports. Fast (700MHz). Might work online via wired ethernet or USB wireless card (given a driver for it).
