How do I programmatically add an encoding attribute to the XMLmprocessing instruction?
I see this
https://xom.dev.java.net/source/browse/xom/src/nu/xom/samples/ValidFibonacci.java?rev=HEAD&only_with_tag=MAIN
but I would like to generate this:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="charset=iso-8859-1" ?>
also
http://www.xom.nu/apidocs/nu/xom/ProcessingInstruction.html
does not mention encoding...
thanks
Luca
