I've also now fixed the failure in the XIncludeTest on Windows. This proved to be the hardest one to track down. It turned out there were actually two bugs on Linux which cancelled each other out. The different nature of file URLs on Windows, however, meant that platform only saw one bug, which was consequently exposed. All tests are now passing on Windows.
