Oh no, my original thought was to reduce the number of methods not expose
more, especially since the only valid use case for a linear traversal of
either attributes or declarations that isn't already covered by convenience
methods in Element is serialization. And since I think the use of these 2
methods (or the 4 they'd replace) is extremely limited, to me the type safe
issue isn't really a issue like it is with children.
