Personally? I'd rather have the bugs fixed, but if you feel differently you can of course use Piccolo instead.
I do note, that this may be a construct which only appears in documents written by old SGML weenies, but it will cause the unit tests to fail if the parser gets this wrong.
This is a temporary issue. I reported the bug to Yuval, and he told me he'll fix it in the next update.
