I will disagree on this one. Why have an include for something which does not
exist? Not all machines (and especially the ISO) have X installed. I'd say
have the spells add the appropriate information for what they need/add and not
just have it all in there at first to make it easier. However, I do not
believe that having an invalid/empty directory in /etc/ld.so.conf does any
harm, but I would like to be 'more correct' in our usage.

We'd also need to have the X* spells remove said entry from /etc/ld.so.conf
(and
any other references it inserts into global files for reference).
