This email is to inform you about the release of version '2.01.01a07' of
'cdrtools' through freshmeat.net. All URLs and other useful information
can be found at

http://freshmeat.net/projects/cdrecord/

The changes in this release are as follows:
This release fixes a bug introduced with release a06 that caused
cdrecord to fail because of CDR_MAXFIFOSIZE= in the case that
/etc/default/cdrecord was not present. Heiko's cdda2wav changes for
FreeBSD from 2004 have been integrated. These changes had been
delayed since they came during a code freeze phase. FreeBSD and
DragonFly users need to test whether this integration causes
problems.

Release focus:
6 - Minor bugfixes

Project added:

Project description:
cdrtools (formerly cdrecord) creates home-burned CDs with a CDR/CDRW
recorder. It works as a burn engine for several applications. It
supports CD recorders from many different vendors; all SCSI-3/mmc-
and ATAPI/mmc-compliant drives should also work. Supported features
include IDE/ATAPI, parallel port, and SCSI drives, audio CDs, data
CDs, and mixed CDs, full multi-session support, CDRWs (rewritable),
TAO, DAO, RAW, and human-readable error messages. cdrtools includes
remote SCSI support and can access local or remote CD writers.
