I've attached the first version. If you see ways to improve it (like a
better way to handle locks), let me know.
Bash Database Library Features:
store,varlookup,linelookup & remove functions supporting colon
seperated variables in text files.
The lookups can be used for getting info from /proc but needs ".*"
wildcard on end of variable name for reasons currently unknown.
I've left my test routine in at this point so running "libbdb -t" will
produce a screen or so of output using the functions.
ToDo: Improve lock system, allow for resolving deadlocks. Test with
wider range of data - fix anything that breaks 8-)
