Starting an interface with dhcpcd -H is fine when there's only one
interface, but restarting the external interface on e.g. a NAT router will
trample the internal interface's reported hostname and break things like
Samba, bind, etc. I can think of some cases when it's good to have a system
named as the ISP will report it, but the hostname is usually set manually
for a reason.
