patch to use sudo instead of so when running sorcery as non-root user

Now sorcery uses su -c to run if run without root privileges. This patch adds
feature to use sudo command. Feature is enabled in feature menu in sorcery. I
found the inspiration for usage of sudo in quill.

All sorcery components have the same command so I modified them all the same.
Only confmeld and resurrect are little different. I hope I modified those to
correctly too.
