isnt this more of a spell problem? if the spell never touches the file because
its already there, sorcery has no idea the it should track that file. However,
in this special case, to my understanding, the file is initially installed by
sorcery, so i guess sorcery should touch the file if its already there when
its
pondering re-installation.

In sorcery bugs ive been using the version to indicate when the bug will be
fixed, i suppose i can start using the target milestone though...
