I just added it. Perforce has been down and I just woke up to add it. ;)

It should have its own. If another patch needs to apply the same thing,
say grsecurity wanted to patch it themselves (like they did with ptrace),
then we should let them. I say we patch everything to the vanilla kernel
as much as possible and keep them as separate as possible.

Maybe on another patch it wouldn't be such a big deal, but since
grsecurity does include security fixes in their patch, I thought it
prudent to keep security fixes separate.

I'd vote for separating them all out if given the choice.
