Should this go in the SMGL-patches file so the user can select it? Or
have it's own, like ptrace? Perhaps both this and ptrace should be in the
SMGL patch?

Or should we separate them all? We should have consistency, either put
all patches from the SMGL team into the SMGL patch, or have them all
separate.
