We could modify `conflicts` to take an optional parameter 'y' or 'n', which
would override the default behaviour of "remove on conflict", then modify
qt-x11 to say `conflicts qt-x11 y`.

Or better yet, we could modify `conflicts` to have a new form: `conflicts
self`
would set the spell to conflict with itself and when being told to dispel due
to a conflict it would default to 'y' instead of 'n'.
