in devel, marked as WIP, there is a new spell 2.4-kernel-headers and the lilo
spell uses it in the fashion I intended. Sorcery needs a one line change to
handle the SOLO file instead or reading it from /var/lib/sorcery/solo (a
patch, cast.diff, in the lilo spell dir, will fix this, it could be changed
to use both though)
I have extensively tested this here, but am interested in comments.
Is this a good solution for us ?
I currently know of 14 spells guaranteed not to build against 2.6 headers
( sure there are more, these are just the few I know of), for now it doesn't
seem enough for any major sorcery changes, and an extra depend and 6 lines
added to BUILD seems an acceptable solution.
Comments ?
