I liked your earlier idea of going by ISO releases (I believe that was what
one
of your ideas was). When a name change and it's conflict goes in, say after
the
0.7 ISO, it should stay in all grimoires until the 0.9 ISO (that way the
conflict is in there for 0.8, and 0.9).
