The problem with removing the prm stuff from the base system is that
they are used in the sorcery scripts. It would not be unwise to have the
use of programs hardcoded in which may not be installed.
As for Xdeltas, if they were automaticaly generated, we would still have
to add stuff to try to grab them first to sorcery. Would this stuff be
all of the sources, or just the main d/l?
