The description in the spell is outdated. On the website it is said that
aspell is a replacement for pspell (it is based off of pspell).

ispell can install fine with the other spell checkers

I've been thinking about this, but it wouldn't work as most programs
require a certain spell checker, not just a spell checker.

aspell provides it's own pspell library now, guess the description
hasn't been updated.
