This is caused by newer versions of bison (IIRC). What we've been doing
is patching the source to be correct and then (hopefully) sending the
patch to the author.

I know we had problems in the past w/ tcl version 8.4.0, I was wondering
if anyone had tested the 8.4.2 release to see if that breaks stuff, and
to see if the updates to the other programs may have made them more
compatable w/ updated tcl versions?
