for the gaze installed stuff, just dispel them

All spells that did depend on Xft2 have been updated prior to the
removal. The problem with having Xft2 in xfrees CONFLICTS is that it
seems really strange to have spells in there that don't exist in the
grimoire.

I think the way it happened was correct, but there should probably have
been an announcement on the mailinglists and news site about the removed
spells, and what spells to dispel or recast to fix it.
