Recent mail about fstab has reminded me of a question that
has been bugging me.

When 'df' is run I notice that I have rootfs & /dev/root mounted
on /

The rest of my mount points appear as:

/devices/disc/disc0/part? (where ? is a number)

My question is, when my system starts it refers to either
/devices/disc/disc0/part3 or /dev/hde3 for the / partition
and will say that e2fsck needs to be run. So how do
I do this as neither or these partitions are mounted according
to 'df'??
