Oops, you're correct. It uses account name. :P You'd think I'd be
able to get it straight since I implemented it. :)
The design went through alot of changes, so I get confused as to which one
actually made it sometimes :)
You can create the account whenever you think it should be done, this
is different for every spell. As some need the account to exist
pre-build, some don't mind etc.
