No. We can't.

To look at all changes in p4 and then syncronize the other way is /way/ too
much work.

The closest we could get would be to automate a complete dump of the cvs
structure, then a re-import from the p4 tarball right after it syncs with
p4.

I will /not/ promise this, as it is kind of pointless. But if time permits,
and if nick jennings (who has the cvs box) feels like playing with it, it
may be something he can do.
