If they were actually separate, I might accept this. They're not. As
I've mentioned before, the spell files are interdependent.

I disagree with your statements there. systemd I find easy to understand
and use. Regardless of systemd, our spell files are not UNIX philosophy,
as they're interdependent and cannot operate on their own. They require
all the other files to operate successfully. They have interdependencies
that aren't simple pipes or data.
