SourceMage GNU/Linux should be 1.0, finished.

No bug fixes or updates have been issued in a great while, and there's no
drive to make any change happen. The only activity is in the Grimoire,
keeping packages up to date.

This is what happens when you reach a maintenance phase of a project. I
propose that we dub SourceMage GNU/Linux as finished and complete. It's
got bugs, it's got rough edges, but not sufficient to prevent people
from using it.

I think we need to do this, and not worry about not having things we
don't have. If we name it 1.0, work on 2.0 can begin, without fear of
breaking backwards compatibility, if desired, or let it be done, and
move on to other things.

This may not be the news some of you want to hear, but I haven't seen
the drive for change, and change I've suggested has been met mostly with
resistance, rather than encouragement. That's fine too, it just means
people are satisfied with the way things are, and don't want to change
things. I'm okay with that, and I'm okay with maintaining the website,
and keeping those things working smoothly, but I don't think I'm going
to pretend any longer that we're going to have newer releases of things
that nobody works on.

I will put up a simple paragraph on the website saying, "We're 1.0,
here's what works, here's what doesn't." Everyone coming into the
project will know where we're at and the level of activity that's going on.

It pains me to say it, but I think SourceMage is finished. It's still
usable, it's still production worthy, it's just done being changed.

All this being said, should this offend too many people, the voting for
Project Lead is due this month, so it's an excellent time to replace me :)
