Sure would be simpler to manage such things were all the perl spells
named perl-$thinger.

It'd be trivial at a glance to see what belongs to what, and it doesn't
really cost much. Most things this would affect are dependencies of
spells, ie: bugzilla needs perl-wtfeverything

It'd make the depends of spells that need perl modules somewhat self
documenting, as you could easily note that this spell needs lots of perl
modules.
