Same problem here. Works fine with 2.6.29-rc7.
It does not appear to be a driver-related problem, since the connection drops
on various hardware. The timing isn't fixed - I've got 3-40 minutes before
the connection fails. It's not a misconfiguration, but a bug specifically in
2.6.29 (final)[1]. Any other kernel version is OK.
