Some of you noticed a brief period of downtime from download.sourcemage.org
yesterday. ibiblio apparently lost two drives in their RAID array on the
distributions node, causing some pretty extreme fireworks.

The good news is that while I'm not completely done with the mirroring
redesign and therefore we didn't fail over automatically, I'm done enough
with it to fail us over manually. So we're back up and will remain so
while ibiblio figures themselves out.

So, meet dbg.download.sourcemage.org. Some of you may have already noticed
this name showing up in your sorcery or scribe update logs, or as
ns3.sourcemage.org or mail3.sourcemage.org. This is a server donated to us
by The Database Group, aka www.dbg.com. They're a local DFW company who a
couple of our developers work for. They have a lot of SMGL servers and
appreciate that they don't have to pay RHEL license fees for them. They've
done other things for us like host our TX bugfix party at their office, and
now they're letting us have a server in their Houston datacenter.

This server has no bandwidth cap like our paid server does, but since we
aren't paying someone to provide it it could also theoretically go away at
any time, so I'm only building it into the infrastructure as something to
carry load when it's available. It will act as the master sync server for
any other mirrors, is running secondary mail and DNS, will be one offsite
backup location, etc. Anything we put on there will be something we can
live without or have plans in place to failover if it goes down. No
repeating the outage a few years ago when a corporate-hosted server
exploded with our data.

I'll post more details on all this when it's actually done, but for now
enjoy some redundancy.
