They can always turn it on, I didn't say we should remove it.

If it would come to this, the queries would be very close to the error, so I
don't see a point. And if you cast more than one spell and miss the query,
having such logic wouldn't have any benefits at all. I think a black'n'white
decision is best for consistency's sake.
