As the 0.9.5 ISO heats up for release, since it's a -test ISO, it will
be using stable-rc grimoire. When the ISO is near ready to release and
stable-rc is ready for stable release, we will be releasing stable-rc as
stable grimoire and change the ISO to -rc releases (instead of -test).
(the last -rc version will be removed when we agree on the ISO's stable
release (QA TL, PL, Cauldron TL).

-devel ISOs will be built with test grimoire for consistency.

So what this means is that as we ramp up for release of the 0.9.5 ISO we
need to really check on the stable-rc grimoire to make sure it's solid.

So I'm calling for stable-rc testers again:

scribe add stable-rc

Or

scribe update stable-rc

And test away on your favorite programs you'd like to not see break for
the update. I'm particularly targetting a sorcery system-upgrade.

Please file bugs against stable-rc grimoire, or move bugs filed against
test or lower to stable-rc (or the highest grimoire it is known to show
in by you) if you can find a duplicate bug already.

In a nutshell, the goal is to have no regressions in the most commonly
used packages (the ones used by most people on the ledger) and a limited
number of bugs scored by severity on other stuff, but that later
criteria will be a bit more flexible this time around since we're trying
to synchronize for the ISO release.
