It's in /etc/sorcery/local/kernel-config, and we should at least have a
prompt to detect that's existence and allow the user to use it with the
new spell, defaulting to yes. Once linux-new uses it, if it doesn't use
the same location to store its config, we should move the config out of
the way to /etc/sorcery/local/kernel-config.old, perhaps.
Some semblance of forward compatibility is appropriate here, and Sergey
is correct.
