I would like to propose new gaze feature, mostly taken from
http://bugs.sourcemage.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7941 .

What:
new (extended) command "gaze newer last_update"

Description:
The extended command would print new spells which apeared between last
two _sorcery_ updates. It's mostly usefull for those updating their
system by 'sorcery system-update' which updates sorcery and grimoires at
the same time. After running 'sorcery system update', the command 'gaze
newer last_update' would tell you what spells changed since your last
update. If you haven't updated sorcery yet, or updated only once, it
would print error message and exit with return code 1

Supposed modifications:
/usr/sbin/gaze - add the functionality
/usr/man/man1/gaze.1 - documentation

What do you think ? If there are no complains, I would be happy to
implement it into devel and test sorcery.
