Hi,
I found that the problems with running sorcery command with non-root access had to do with /var on my system being 700 root.root. After chown 766 it of course runs fine. GDM2 was the other thing affected by this setting, it needed /var/gdm access to work.
Cheers,
Sergey.
Was this caused by the earlier sed 4.1 bug?
