You can set MANSECT to something like 1:1p:8:0p:2:3:3p:3w:4:5:6:7:n
(see man(1)) or change MANSECT line in /usr/share/misc/man.conf.

*p sections are not created by spell, they are part of standard man
distribution (p as POSIX). Version 1.67 is first release with these
sections, so man.conf (which is from man spell) will be probably
corected in next release (I'll correct it for current spell).
