I had this problem, I'm not sure what caused it. Try cleaning out the
lock stuff (/tmp/liblock-0 if you're using devel sorcery, /tmp
otherwise), the sorcery.download.* stuff. After I did that it was able
to download. I'm still not sure what caused the problem. Possibly a
deadlock.
