We fix links as we find them. You might be referring to GNU_URL failures due
to them femoving 684 packages from their ftp site to verify their integrity
after being owned by a hacker for 5 months ...
Of course if we aren't fixing valid broken links quick enough because we have
too few active developers and you are already aware of these "broken links"
then you could take the next step, become active and be incharge of URLs :)
