You probably get XF86Config in different places by using different tools to
configure X, i always use xf86config which defaults the config file to
/etc/X11/
But it doesnt seem that confusing since "the users" are the ones configuring
X so they'll always know where it is... the default path to the config file
will be needed when we have a "X Configuration" part in the installer. (if
ever)
