I was wondering, should we query the user to choose from the DRI drivers
available from this site: http://dri.sourceforge.net/, and if they choose
one (they don't have to, they may not have the card :), perhaps use a menu
similar to Wolfgang's linux kernel, where they can "add" patches?) so that
we can get faster DRI with X for these cards, rather than X's paltry DRI
support? I've heard from the #lunar people that it speeds things up quite
a bit. :)

Supported cards/drivers are:
* i810
* i830
* mga
* r200
* radeon
* rage128
* tdfx

The site also contains patches for GLUT (we have the spell, glut), GLU (I
believe this is included in glut), Glide3 (we don't have this, but it's
for 3dfx cards), and some of the sample programs (glxinfo and glxgears,
from xfree86)
