You will need to install the lockexec program manualy.
wget
http://easynews.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/lockexec/lockexec-0.3.tar.gz
tar -xzvf lockexec-0.3.tar.gz
cd lockexec-0.3.1
make
cp lockexec /usr/bin

That should do the trick. After that's done, tomorrow or the day after,
cast the real lockexec spell.
