Ideally, the section maintainer would add this to the
section, or reply with changes. Eventually it would
flood to the list. Practically, I have yet to hear from
Lyon regarding my two submissions (another is
TemplateToolkit), so you're right: Bugzilla doesn't
work for us very well.

BUT, and I hope Ryan can hear us, I think it's trivial
to issue a mail to the list if the bug field Severity
equals "Enhancement". This may satisfy both Bugzilla
and lists worlds. How about that?
