I don't create symlink, I just replace your optional symlink with one
line "sed -i".
Imho, it is a good idea to have actual linux kernel version in lilo.conf
and not just symlink.
"cast linux" also creates symlink to up-to-date linux kernel and
optionally automatically updates lilo.conf with actual kernel versions.
If user do not notice he/she can has two labels in lilo.conf refered
only to one vmlinuz.
How to boot old kernel? I only want prevent troubleshooting.

Until now all isos have created this link or updated lilo.conf adequately.
This is for the first time users have to create symlinks manually.
