Of the five flac-dependent spells I had installed, libsndfile and flac-tools
failed, and hydrogen joined them because libsndfile was broken by the flac
upgrade.

Flac-tools has a new version out for flac 1.2.0, so an upgrade will fix that.
But libsndfile still needs 1.1.2, and _many_ audio apps use it. Breaking
libsndfile will break lots more, one example being hydrogen which couldn't
even get past ./configure.

Adding a flac2 spell for 1.2.0 would be easiest, as we wouldn't need to muck
around with many spells' DEPENDS files. But then again, flac2 as a name is
misleading and will lead to even more confusion later on (just look at the
naming mess we now have with the libsigc++ spells). If we fork a flac-old
spell for 1.1.2 it'll be more initial work but a cleaner end solution.

What do you think?
