You're right. These look like they should all be INSTALL_ROOT. TRACK_ROOT
is really only used when you need to change data inside a spell file about
where it is going to run from. INSTALL_ROOT is always the thing to use to
refer to install locations when messing with the file locations themselves
in the spell.
