    lxqt/lxqt-panel: depend on layer-shell-qt and qt6wayland
    
    CMakeLists.txt has find_package(LayerShellQt REQUIRED) and, with Qt 6.10
    or later, find_package(Qt6WaylandClientPrivate REQUIRED). On a clean
    system neither is pulled in, so configure stops.
