    qt6/qt6base: don't use CMake's archive API to compress the MIME database
    
    It needs CMake built against a libarchive with zstd support. libarchive
    picks zstd up only if it is already installed, so on a fresh system the
    result depends on build order, and configure can stop with
    "CMake was not built with zstd support". Qt then uses the zstd program
    instead, which qt6base already depends on.
